Voicemail to Email: Configure Outlook/Office365 to receive phone system messages

Email systems are very sensitive by design; if an incoming message looks a little bit out of the ordinary it is relegated to the Spam Folder.
The Phone System, located at your place of work, has to function as an email server to send voicemails to your email system.
Since these emails are being sent from this unexpected location (your office), your email system flags the message as unusual and puts it in your mailbox's Spam folder.
To prevent this from happening, it is important to not only locate the message but also to tell your email system that these messages are safe and should be delivered to your Inbox whenever they are received.

To prevent these messages from continuing to go to Spam follow the 4 simple steps below:

Step 1 - Navigate to the Spam Folder

Step 2 - Locate one of these emails. The sender address is system@netofficepbx.online and the subject line is NetOfficePBX Voicemail Notification
Directly below your own email address, you will see a message like the one below:

Step 3 - Click on this message with your mouse; the message will turn blue and a little menu will open (below):

Step 4 - Click on the menu option Move to Inbox.

The message will be moved to your Inbox and your Mail System will know that these emails should be presented to you in the future..
