How to setup your Voice Mail Greeting from your handset

Log in by dialing *97 from your office phone

Or Press the Button with the Envelope Icon.

Listen to the System Welcome Message

The main menu will be the first menu you hear when you have logged in. 

Press

0 Mailbox options (see below).

If necessary: 

* Help (repeat the menu options).

# Exit from the voice mail system.

 

Pressing 0 from the main menu

The mailbox options menu.

· Press 1 and wait for the Beep

· Speak your greeting

·  Press # to end the recording.

After a recording:

·  Press 1 to Accept

· Press 2 to Review,

·  or Press 3 to Re-record.
