How to setup your Voice Mail Greeting from your handset
Voicemail access Voice Mail
Log in by:
- Dialing *97 from your office phone
- Or press the Voice Mail button on your phone keypad
Listen to the system "Welcome Message"
Main Menu
The
main menu will be the first menu you hear when you have logged in.
Press
"0" Mailbox options (see below).
If necessary:
* Help (repeat the menu options).
# Exit from the voice mail system.

· Press 1 and wait for the Beep
· Speak your greeting
· Press # to end the recording.
After a recording:
· Press 1 to Accept
· Press 2 to Review,
· or Press 3 to Re-record.
