Dial the specified feature code from any handset, this code will be provided by email

  1. Enter the password, if required (the system will prompt for the password to be entered if one has been set)
  2. The existing system recording will play automatically
  3. To listen to the recording again, press 1
  4. To re-record the greeting, press ∗
  5. Press # to end the recording and then hang up
